On Friday the 13th the Pinelands Preservation Alliance Had a Jersey Devil Hunt/Hike.I took my Daughter and her friend as a 16th Birthday present. She has been into the stories for a long time, Thanks to her father! The Evening Starts out at a Campground in the PineLands Wharton State Forest. While waiting for the Sunset we Roasted Marshmallows and Hotdogs over the campfire and Listened to Folk music! Then Russell a member of the Pineland alliance Tells the various stories about the Jersey Devil. We then proceded to Hunt for the Jersey Devil!You'll have to find out for yourself about the hike if you DARE!They have hikes a few times a month.
